There are two ways to work with me: 1-on-1 Coaching and Group Coaching, or both! (So I suppose there’s technically 3 ways to work together.) You can learn more about these options below.
Regardless of what you decide is right, all of these journeys begin with a 20-30 minute get-to-know each other phone or video call. This time is your chance to share what you’re dreaming of, what you’re struggling with, and for us both to get a feel for how we might work together. I look forward to chatting!
1-on-1 coaching:
This is a chance for you to give yourself some dedicated time and space to dig in and dig deep. A chance for us to roll up our sleeves and dream big, while getting curious about the nitty gritty, day to day that feeds into those dreams. For you to learn the specific ways your ADHD manifests itself, and what specific strengths, gifts, powers you have to draw on to build your dream.
My goal in working together is to help you move from:
Stuck confusion → directed movement
Second guessing and comparison → trust and joyful authenticity
Isolated wheel spinning → connection & conscious action
Using shame and pressure as fuel → working with you energy, interest, and strengths
Being at the mercy of your unacknowledged ADHD impacts → awareness and self-compassionate agency, offering your body and brain the care they need
the nitty gritty:
Any private coaching relationship with me initially includes:
One 90 minute introductory deep-dive, in which we slow down, get to know one another, dig into your strengths, challenges, and what brought you to coaching. You will leave with greater awareness and clarity, and a shared sense of the direction and shape our work together will take. This is followed by:
Eight 45 minute sessions (roughly 3/month), in which we capture learnings and realizations from the work set up in our previous session, then dig in and explore whatever question / opportunity / challenge is feeling the alive in the moment.
Email support between sessions.
Weekly co-created action plans (or non-action plans, as the case may be).
I ask a 3 month commitment from new clients, after which we can work on a month by month basis. The cost of these initial 3 months can be broken down as as follows:
One payment of $1,175 (One 90 minute deep-dive, $175 + eight 45 minute sessions, $125).*
OR a three part payment plan of — one initial payment of $425, followed by two of $375.*
*I work on a sliding scale at all times, and am offering discounted rates for a limited period, as I work toward accreditation.

group coaching:
…because isolation is ADHD Kryptonite.
Capped at 10-12 vetted participants, these groups offer a tidbit of ADHD-related information, followed by a session of self-exploration into how that information might apply to your everyday experience. You will grow in awareness – both informationally and of yourself, and walk away with frameworks, tools, and strategies to experiment with in your life.
Additionally, you will be surrounded by a group of fellow travelers to cheer you on, cheer you up, and offer that oh-so-helpful accountability. Robust structures and guidelines will be in place, in an effort to cultivate a safe, authentic, supportive group space in which to connect, learn, explore, play, and experiment.
